Stock + Shipping Times

All stock items are shipped within 2 - 5 business days after payment has been made. 

Our fabric is made to order, please allow 2-3 weeks for your fabric to be made & shipped. You will be notified when your order has been shipped.

Please take care to enter your delivery address correctly as we cannot be held responsible for any undelivered parcels or parcels delayed in transit due to incorrect address details being provided to us.

Where We Ship To

We currently only ship to the UK. International delivery may be possible, please email us at studio@lorouc.com and we will get back to you with a shipping cost.

We are unable to deliver to P. O. Boxes addresses. We do not ship to hotels or forwarding company addresses.

Import Duties

If your delivery address is outside of the UK, you may be subject to import duties and taxes, which are levied once a shipment reaches your country. You must meet any additional charges for customs clearance. Lorouc cannot be held responsible for these charges.
